Touch screen is new as it's not factory it may have very minor imperfections. I do my best to make it look great though and wear gloves throughout the process.
Screen got a bit off center so adhesive shows a bit on the edge as seen in pictures. It's just the border though it doesn't go into the actual part of lcd where the image appears, so it doesn't affect it. Lifting it back up might damage lcd.
Installed a glass protector right after the touch screen install
I also installed a new set of clear buttons and new red analog sticks.
As well as a new metal heat shield.
console looks great, and no stick drift.
